Hundreds of motorcyclists are expected to take part in a procession from Knightswood to Clydebank in tribute to a young biker killed by an alleged drink-driver.
Allan Nicholson, 24, was thrown from his red Suzuki motorbike following the collision with a white Ford Mondeo on the A725 East Kilbride Expressway on Saturday morning.
His family, including twin sister Pamela and brother Gerard, have organised a 'last ride' for the beloved Glasgow man as part of his funeral arrangements.
Despite his body not yet being released to the family, preliminary arrangements have been made for his send off.
The family have requested bike and trikes only to follow the procession which will be starting at the Co-op funeral parlour in Knightswood.
The procession will then loop through the Clyde Tunnel to 'make some noise for Allan, as he himself loved to do', before ending at the Danotter Crematorium in Clydebank where they will say their final goodbyes.
Allan's death has left his loved ones devastated.
Posting on social media, brother Gerard said the Civil Engineering student had just bought a house with his girlfriend the week before the tragic accident.
He wrote: "To put into perspective how caring my little brother was he would push his bike out of his street just so his girlfriend and the neighbours weren’t woken up in the mornings, it was his last day at work before his holiday time with Antonia.
"Words cannot describe the hole this selfish act has left in everyone’s hearts, everyone who knew my little brother would have known he was one of the funniest, smartest and most caring young men you would ever meet."
As previously reported by the Evening Times, William McLean, 34, appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Monday charged with two offences under the Road Traffic Act.
McLean, of Glasgow, is accused of death by dangerous driving. He is also accused of driving while under the influence.
He was released on bail and is expected to appear at court on a later date.
Anyone who is able to attend Allan's Last Ride is asked to confirm their attendance on the Facebook event.
