THE death of a man found seriously injured in Milton is being treated as murder.
Billyjoe Bates, who police have now officially named, was discovered on Ashgill Road on Sunday afternoon and taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary.
The 28-year-old died in the early hours of this morning.

Following a post mortem examination the death is being treated as murder and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
His relatives have been informed.
