POLICE are appealing for information after a man went missing from Glasgow.
Julien Lepkowski, 72, was last seen by a neighbour on Dumbarton Road, Scotstoun, on the afternoon of Saturday, November 24.
Mr Lepkowski is described as being around 5ft, with a slim build, short grey hair with a goatee beard.
Officers said it’s possible he may be driving a red Vauxhall Agila car with the registration number SP58 ZDU.
Extensive enquiries are underway to try and locate Mr Lepkowski, with officers checking CCTV images and linking in with public transport and colleagues from British Transport Police.
However, efforts to locate him have so far proved unsuccessful.
Mr Lepkowski often visits the Trossachs area and it’s possible he may have travelled there.
Sergeant Bart Simonis said: “We are growing increasingly concerned for Julien.
“His family and friends just want to know he is safe and well.
“His wife recently died and we know he has been struggling to come to terms with that.”
“If anyone has seen Julien or has any information as to his whereabouts, then please do contact us.”
Anyone with information is asked to call officers at Drumchapel via 101, quoting incident number 3574 of Monday, November 26.
