YDANCE - the national dance organisation for children and young people in Scotland - is celebrating its 30th birthday in style.
The organisation has won a prestigious UK dance award and announced a major international showcase for the National Youth Dance Company of Scotland.
Since its inception in 1988, YDance has worked with 630,000 young people all over Scotland, performed to audiences of over 100,000 people and provided dance training to over 5000 teachers.
On November 24 YDance was presented with the prestigious One Dance UK Inspiring Work in Education Award.
It has also been selected to perform at the Australian Youth Dance Festival in Melbourne in July 2019.
