FIREFIGHTERS tackled a blaze in a wooded area in Castlemilk.
Smoke could be seen billowing across the skyline on Tuesday afternoon as the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service sent one appliance with four crew to the scene.
Crews arrived at around 2.20pm and put out the fire a short time later.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed no one was injured.
