Huge tailbacks on M8 after car crash blocks THREE lanes
DRIVERS heading into Glasgow this morning are being faced with huge tailbacks after a crash during this morning’s rush hour.
Traffic Scotland first raised the alarm on Twitter just after 8am.
The team said: “#M8 W/B J15 Townhead (Royal Infirmary) - a RTC is blocking lanes 1 and 2 of 3, traffic having to move out, please be aware.”
By 8.30am, all lanes had been cleared. However, Traffic Scotland warned: “This has left a back log of queuing traffic back to J12 Riddrie and on the the #M80 at Provan.”
