COPS want to trace a man who may have been hit by a car in Cumnock.
The force appealed for information after the received a report that a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on the A76 near to Timbermills, Borland Farm at around 4.33pm on New Year's Eve.
The man was described as aged 30 to 40 years old and he was wearing dark clothing. The man was seen to walk away from the incident, but police are looking to trace the man to confirm he is safe and well.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting Incident 2427 of 31/12/18.
