COPS have swooped into a housing estate in Glasgow's East End after a car was set on fire.
Officers scrambled to Myreside Street in Carntyne at around 2.30pm today.
The force said they received a report of a car on fire.
One eyewitness told The Evening Times that cops were everywhere.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed their attendance.
A spokesman said: “The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service was alerted at 2.30pm on Friday, January 4 to reports of a vehicle fire on Myreside Street, Carntyne.
“Operations control mobilised a single appliance and firefighters are currently in attendance.”
