Neil Parry.............................................6

Unlucky to see a save ricochet off Iain Flannigan and find the net. Quiet day for the most part, but looked commanding on crosses.

Scott Taggart.......................................6

Got forward well as Alloa chased the game and put in a couple of inviting balls. Hard day against Kallum Higginbotham.

Liam Dick...........................................6

Like Taggart, a tough day defensively but made some timely interceptions. Another solid showing.

Sam Roscoe.......................................6

A couple of sloppy challenges, but mostly solid as he helped to restrict Dunfermline to long range efforts. Unlucky to see a header cleared off the line.

Andy Graham....................................6

Alloa’s best defender on the day albeit he had one or two shaky moments. Good on the ball and made important challenges.

Steven Hetherington (subbed 86)........6

Booked early on for a bad challenge and was walking a tightrope thereafter. Worked hard and improved as the game wore on. A couple of inviting deliveries from set plays.

Iain Flannigan..................................6

Back after an injury and tried his best to offer more creativity in midfield. Outnumbered against Dunfermline’s midfield in the first half, but saw more of the ball in the second.

Jordan Kirkpatrick (off 80)..............6

Was unlucky not to score with two testing efforts in either half, although didn’t track back enough as he left Liam Dick isolated. Nice pass in the build up to the first goal.

Alan Trouten....................................7

An anonymous first half, but popped up with an excellent brace to secure two vitals points for the Wasps. Now on 14 for the season.

Connor Shields (off 75)................. 5

Given his first start since October and failed to reward Jim Goodwin’s faith as he struggled. Improved after the break but ultimately hooked.

Dario Zanatta..................................6

Isolated for much of the match and struggled to get into things. However, a brilliant run started the comeback and he gave the fightback a focal point.

Kevin Cawley (on 75)....................5

Surprisingly dropped for Shields and introduced as Alloa hunted for an equaliser. Never really got going.

Liam Burt (on 80).........................5

Continues to have to be patient for chances and again could do little in his cameo.

Greig Spence (on 86)...................6

Thrown on to try and find an equalising goal, but never had a chance. Assisted Trouten’s equaliser with a nice pass.
