A PLUSH city centre hotel is set to fill the Glasgow air with love this Valentine's Day in a hunt to find loved-up individuals looking to pop the question.

The Grand Central Hotel will be celebrating a Month of Love in February, starting with the search for loved up other halves hoping to propose to their significant other.

To highlight the hotel’s long-standing history of marriage proposals within the venue, the Grand Central Hotel is looking for men or women who are wanting to make this Valentine’s Day one to remember when they pop their partner the question.

Anyone wishing to organise their proposal at the hotel, will be offered the chance to get down on one knee under the stunning crystal chandelier in the venue’s glamorous Champagne Central bar and will be given a bottle of champagne, a complimentary three-course meal with a bottle of house wine at the hotel’s Tempus restaurant free of charge, as well as a complimentary overnight stay at the hotel.

Paul Bray, general manager of the Grand Central Hotel, said: “The Grand Central Hotel has a long and romantic history of couples visiting the hotel to propose with hundreds of marriages celebrated in our Grand Room as one of the city’s favourite wedding locations.

“We are excited to welcome couples looking to be a part of the hotel’s history and are looking forward to celebrating the hotel’s Month of Love.”

Grand Central Hotel will also be launching its ‘Love Potions’ cocktail menu, featuring delicious drinks such as the vodka-based Raspberry Affair or the scintillating gin-based Cherry Allure. The Love Potions cocktail list will be available all month starting from February 1, with cocktails starting from £8.

Other halves, wanting to take their proposal to the next level this Valentine’s Day should email info@hollicom.co.uk by Wednesday, February 6, for more information and full Ts&Cs.
