Police and other emergency services remain on the scene after a serious road crash on Ayr Road on Friday.
The road, which has been closed as a result between Eastwood Toll and Langtree Avenue, is a busy route for morning commuters.
Local diversions are in place but reports suggest there is already heavy congestion in the area.

Service 38 will be diverted in both directions using the following route -
Towards Newton Mearns
Fenwick Rd to Eastwood toll, Right on to Rouken Glen Road, Left Davieland Road ,Right onto Ayr Road and then onto normal route (1/2)
This is expected to affect those travelling to nearby workplaces and schools.
Police remain on the scene and enquiries are ongoing.
