A cat named Ed Sheeran is currently looking for his 'purrfect' home in Glasgow.
The feline who sports the same coloured hair as his singing sensation namesake is currently at Cats Protection’s Glasgow Adoption Centre but the team think he will be much 'Happier' once he has found a new owner.
Ed Sheeran arrived at the centre along with his ginger companion Foxy. The pair, who are around two years old, have a close bond and need to be rehomed together.

Unlike his human counterpart, Ed probably won’t enjoy loud music and is looking for a peaceful household.
The musical influences have been pretty strong at the Glasgow Centre of late, as Ed Sheeran arrived around the same time as Chris Martin, a 13-year-old grey and white moggy, who has just gone to his new home.

Centre Manager Andy Currie admitted that the pair are yet to come out of their shells due to an uneasy start in life.
He said: “Ed Sheeran and Foxy had a difficult start to life and so they are very shy at the moment.

“As such they are going to need to live in a quiet house with no children or dogs. They may be able to live alongside other cats.”
Cats Protection’s Glasgow Centre is also seeking homes for a number of cats of various shapes, sizes and colours and always works hard to match the right cat to the right home.
