An ambulance crew was called at approximately 9am, on Tuesday morning, when it happened near the St Deiniol Golf Club, at Pen Y Bryn, Bangor.
A spokesperson for the Welsh Ambulance Service said: "We responded with an emergency ambulance and one patient was conveyed to Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital, Bangor."
In a Tweet eyewitness James Walmsley said: "I was first on the scene, the BMW just missed me as it dropped.
