A FAULT with the signalling system at Yoker is set to cause rail disruption until 9am.

It comes after a train broke down at the train depot at Yoker, preventing trains from departing for the start of service.

Staff were able to move the train, however, a signalling issue has now arisen.

Services are being affected in the Yoker, Milngavie and Dalmuir areas.

Customers are being advised to use First Buses between Glasgow and Clydebank on the following routes: 2, 3, 6/A, 16, 60, 77, 94, 206, 208, M4, M11, M60 and X4.

Show your valid ticket or smart card to the driver when boarding the bus.

Road transport has been requested to run between Dalmuir and Clydebank Two coaches will depart Westway for Clydebank, with the estimated time of arrival set for 8.30am.
