FEARS are growing for a missing teenager who hasn't been in touch with her family for more than 36 hours.
Michaela McGovern as been reported missing from Strathblane in Stirlingshire but it is believed she's likely to be in East Dunbartonshire or North Glasgow.
The 16-year-old was last seen at around 12.30am on Sunday, January 27 in Bishopbriggs.
Police said it is believed Michaela left in the company of a group of other young people.
She is white, 5ft 3ins tall, of slim build with long dark hair.
Officers are becoming concerned for Michaela's welfare as she has not made any contact with her family for more than 36 hours.
If anyone is aware of Michaela's current whereabouts they are asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident number 2428 of January 27.
