STRICTLY’S Kristina Rihanoff said she’d love to give some dancing lessons to Andy Murray.

Kristina was hosting social ballroom dance lessons and yoga classes with Forever Living in Glasgow while Strictly has been appearing at the SSE Hydro.

I had the pleasure of stretching out on a yoga mat with her as she laughed: “I’d love to teach Andy Murray some dancing. His mum did really well on Strictly so it might be interesting.”

Kristina appeared at Glasgow clubbing and arts venue SWG3 yesterday to educate punters about the benefits of Yoga said: ”I’ve not had a chance to explore Glasgow socially before now. It’s great to get in with everyone and show them how to dance the rhumba and do yoga. It brings everyone together and it’s great for people no matter what age or shape they are. I had a lot of lactic acid in my body from all the competitiveness we had. Yoga really helps me when I dance the rhumba and Forever Living’s Argi + even managed to help give me more energy after having my baby.”

SCOTS singer Lewis Capaldi has to cut short his set in Manchester after suffering from anxiety.

My heart goes out to Lewis who laughed it off on his own inimitable manner. The lad is a real talent and just earlier this week win MTV’s Push Ones To Watch was which artists like Anne Marie have won in the past. He’s now getting so famous that people are pretending to be him but Lewis warned: “They're pretending to be a ripped handsome celebrity asking for money. Let it be noted that i'll only ever ask for money on here or on my own instagram profile.”

I’m tickled that my friend Emma Greenhill has just had her designer scarves accepted by New York’s Bergdorf Goodman store.

Emma from Glasgow used to be in house PR and creative director for designers including Karl Lagerfeld, John Galliano, Hussein Chalayan, Luella and Julien MacDonald. She counts Tilda Swinton and Alexa Chung amongst her clients and doorstepped Karl Lagerfeld for her break into fashion.

She’s a great girl and her colourful and quirky scarves are sure to be seen on red carpets in the near future.
