OVERNIGHT resurfacing works on a busy Scots motorway are set to kick off next week.
From February 15, work will be carried out at the northbound junction seven Haggs slip road on the M80.
The work, which will take five nights, will be carried out from 8pm to 6am each night.
The road will be shut and a diversion route will be put in place.
Then, on February 20, the works will move to the southbound slip road and will be carried out during the same times for a further five nights.

Carnie Morrison, Highway Management (Scotland) Limited general nanager, said: “These essential maintenance works are being carried out overnight when traffic flows are reduced to help minimise disruption to motorists as much as possible.
“The traffic management is required to ensure that both our teams as well as all road users are kept safe during the essential carriageway repairs, however teams will do all they can to complete the works as quickly and safely as possible.
“We encourage all motorists to plan their journeys in advance by checking the Traffic Scotland website for up to date journey information.”
