NEW waterfront townhouses are going on the market in Maryhill as the dramatic transformation of the canal area continues.
All 23 of the three-bedroom homes on Lochgilp Street have sold out but four-bedroom homes are now on sale, starting at £229,950.
The properties were designed by award-winning JM Architects and look onto the River Kelvin valley. Each home has its own private garden and access to a rear garden is from an innovative bridge deck over a patio below.
The previous phase won Best Starter Home at the Scottish Property Awards and all homes come complete with white goods, floor finishes and BT and Virgin connectivity.
Katie Hughes, Bigg Regeneration, said: "With only four homes remaining, this is the last chance to reserve a home at Lochgilp Street, which has followed previous phases by selling very quickly.
"Much of the popularity of this development is down to the fact that these homes are minutes from the West End - without West End prices - and each has its own garden.
"We expect the final homes to sell quickly so would recommend reserving quickly.
"Buyers will be able to move in by Summer, in plenty of time to enjoy the green space and waterfront location as well their own private gardens."
