An elderly woman has been rushed to hospital after being attacked in Castlemilk.
The 61-year-old was involved in a disturbance involving two women at an address on Tormusk Road around 7.45am on Friday.
Emergency services attended the scene and took the injured woman to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where she is currently being treated.

A 44-year-old woman was taken to Hairmyres Hospital and released without treatment.
Locals reported seeing six police cars, two police vans and two ambulances on the scene following the early morning disturbance.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "A 44-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with the incident and enquiries are ongoing."
