A popular West End ice-cream parlour has closed down.
Nardini's on Byres Road has shut with immediate affect after being repossessed.
The unit has been put up 'to let' and poster announcing an upcoming refurbishment has been taken down.
The closure come following a planning dispute with Glasgow City Council.

Owners had applied for a change of use at 215 Byres Road but were rejected last year.
The ice cream shop opened in Glasgow four years ago.
Its original shop in Largs continues to be an institution in the West of Scotland.
The West End Nardini's proved to be just as popular with locals.
