TWO men have admitted killing a security guard at a housing development.
Scott Pearson, 21, and Ryan Hunter, 2, yesterday faced a charge of murdering Mohammad Abu Sammour, 49,last October.
The pair were in the dock for a short hearing at the High Court in Glasgow.
Pearson’s QC Tony Graham and Herbert Kerrigan QC, defending Hunter, each offered to plead guilty to a reduced and amended charge of culpable homicide.

But, prosecutor Murdoch MacTaggart told the court: “The plea is not acceptable.”
It means Pearson and Hunter will stand trial for murder in September.
The fatal attack is said to have occurred at the Torrance Gardens development in Newarthill, Lanarkshire last October 28.
Lord Arthurson fixed a trial, which could last up to eight days.
