NEW Glasgow eaterie Soul Food Kitchen is serving up an unusual twist on the traditional pancakes this Shrove Tuesday.
Our reporter Louisa Mitchell tried their broccoli stuffed pancakes and said they were "surprisingly delicious."
She said: "I decided to order a Salted Caramel pancake dish as well just in case the broccoli pancake wasn’t to my liking.
"I must admit on paper the combination is not particularly appealing, but I was pleasantly surprised. Both pancakes were delicious, I personally preferred the Salted Caramel dish possibly due to my sweet tooth.
"However, the broccoli stuffed pancake was also delicious, and if you like to experiment with your dishes, I would recommend it."
