A NEW chippy is to open in the south side this week.
Batter 'N will open its doors at the former Blue Lagoon site on Kilmarnock road on Friday.

Fans will be able to sample the traditional fish and chip shop cuisine courtesy of Marjol Cela - the former head chef at Salt n Vinegar, across the road.
It's not yet known what time the restaurant will open but would-be diners have been advised to check the eatery's Facebook page for updates.
