A THUG admitted attacking his ex-girlfriend while she was holding a 14-week -old baby.
Declan McVeigh, 23, repeatedly kicked and punched his former partner outside her house in Cambuslang in April last year.
McVeigh also pled guilty at Glasgow Sheriff Court today to being threatening and abusive towards the woman and vandalising her car by hitting it with a mobile phone.

The violent incident was captured on CCTV.
The court heard that McVeigh showed up at her home and she reluctantly let him in before running away outside with the baby in her arms.
Procurator fiscal Ruth Ross Davie said: "He wanted to talk to her about ending the relationship."

The woman - who was clutching the baby - was kicked and punched for a couple of minutes by McVeigh before an onlooker intervened.
She fled to her car for safety and McVeigh admitted throwing the mobile phone and kicking and punching the vehicle.
Sheriff Joseph Platt deferred sentencing for reports.
