TV presenter Lorraine Kelly has urged the remaining three councils to back a pledge to teach every secondary school pupil life-saving CPR.

British Heart Foundation Scotland is in discussions with Moray, Falkirk and Fife, who have yet to commit to a roll-out of training to all pupils.
Glasgow was the first council to commit to training in May last year, following pressure by the Evening Times.
