CCTV images of two men has been released following a robbery in the city's east end.

The duo may be able to assist officers in their enquiries following the assault on two 16-year-old boys in Reidvale Street around 4.20pm on January 16.

One of the boys received serious facial injuries, whilst the other sustained minor injuries.

Both were taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary.

The first man is described as white, 5ft 10 in height, slim build, and aged 19 to 20-years-old.

He was wearing a black cap with black padded hooded jacket with hood worn up - possibly a North face jacket - black tracksuit bottoms, waterproof material and black trainers.

The second man is also white, 5ft 6 in height, slim build, and aged 19 to 20-years-old.

He had swollen lips with blood around his mouth and gaps in his teeth.

He was wearing a blue cap with blue hooded jacket/top with hood worn up.

Blue tracksuit bottoms, waterproof material and light coloured trainers.

Anyone who recognised them is asked to call officers at the Community Investigation Unit via 101, quoting incident number 2480 of January 16.
