NEW footage of the development at Maidenhill in East Renfrewshire has been revealed as the first showhomes open.

Taylor Wimpey West Scotland has opened its doors to two new showhomes, giving potential homebuyers a taste of what life could be like should they make the move to Maidenhill.

The opening of the four-bedroom Wallace and five-bedroom Stewart house types at Westfield Gardens, Maidenhill, come hot on the heels of the launch of three showhomes from CALA Homes (West).

Westfield Gardens, the first phase of Taylor Wimpey West Scotland’s development in the sought-after town of Newton Mearns, will see 106 homes built, whilst CALA Homes (West) will offer 79 properties within its first phase, Hazeldene Lea.

Audrey Ross, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey West Scotland, added: “We’re very proud to welcome homebuyers into our brand new showhomes – they look spectacular and we’ve had a great response so far from visitors.

“They give a real taste of what family life at Maidenhill could be like, along with plenty of inspiration and ideas on how to make any of our homes at Westfield Gardens truly individual. I would encourage anyone interested in making a move to pop in and see exactly what is on offer.”

Homes ranging from three-bedroom semi-detached to five-bedroom detached are available at Maidenhill, with prices starting from £320,000 for CALA’s Avon house type, and from £269,000 for Taylor Wimpey’s Chalmers house type.
