The Star Bar at Eglington Toll is on the market for the bargain price of just £69,950.

Famed for its three-course £3 lunch, the pub has been operated by its current owners for more than 28 years but, as their retirement approaches, they're looking to hand over the premises.
Bruce and Co estate agents anticipate it could turn over around £350,000 each year.

It features a furnished bar, a lounge and a kitchen.
While whoever takes on the business won't own the St Andrews Cross building where it's situated, they'll be the landlord or landlady of this beloved Glasgow venue.
