ONE of Scotland’s finest street food showcases is back in Paisley next weekend.
More than 40 traders will descend upon the town on April 26 and 27, including the Gin71 gin palace, British Street Food Awards finalist Ginger and Chilli, Brigston & Co Artisan Hot Dogs and delicious desserts from Crema Caravan.
Other highlights include a demo kitchen with Masterchef The Professionals winner Gary Maclean and Matt Pritchard, star of MTV’s Dirty Sanchez and BBC’s Dirty Vegan cookery show; kids workshops, a dedicated vegan zone and live entertainment.
The Paisley Food and Drink Festival will also include PLATFORM on Tour - street food traders, igiant Kata tee-pee tents, the PLATFORM DJs and cutting-edge cocktails.
