Officers in Glasgow have confirmed that the body of man has been found in a wasteground in the city's East End.
Police were called at around 11.35am on Monday, April 22, 2019, after the find close to the junction of London Road and Greendyke Street.
Earlier, it emerged that cops have closed off the wooded area close to the Barras while enquiries were ongoing.

There were also reports that an ambulance had been seen in the area.
The Evening Times understands that the death is not being treated as suspicious at this time.
Officers are reportedly still on the scene, with enquiries still being carried out by police into the incident.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "Police were called at 11.35am after the body of a man was found in wasteground at London Road at Greendyke Street.
"Officers say enquiries are continuing."
