OPERATIONS have resumed at Glasgow Airport after all flights were suspended this morning.
The Evening Times earlier reported how the transport hub said the runway was not operational after an incident was declared at 10.25am.
It has since emerged an incident took place on board an easyJet flight from Gatwick as it came in to land in Glasgow.

Emergency services attended and the response has now been stood down.
A Glasgow Airport spokesman told the Evening Times: “There was a security alert on board an inbound easyJet flight from Gatwick as it landed at 10.25am.
“Emergency services attended and the incident has now been stood down.
“Operation were down for 20 minutes, but are now fully operational.
“No flights were cancelled.”

A Police Scotland spokeswoman added: "All the passengers and crew members have disembarked from a plane which is currently being searched by police following a security alert reported by the crew of a flight at Glasgow Airport.
"Officers and the other emergency services are in attendance."
