SUPERSTAR Zendaya has responded to the Evening Times' plea to help make a dying youngster's last wish come true.
As previously reported, the Evening Times backed a Springburn family's bid to have former Disney Channel star Zendaya record a video message for Kiara Buonomo, who has been given just months to live after being diagnosed with terminal brain cancer.

The seven-year-old is desperate to have her icon record a special message for her, and even knows every word to her song the Wonderful Life.

The Evening Times reached out to Zendaya and she quickly responded asking us to put her in touch with the family.
Talks are now under way to try and make Kiara's dreams come true.

Her ecstatic family have confirmed they'll be keeping the news quiet from the little one, who is residing in Robin House Children's Hospice, in a bid to surprise her.
