MAKE-UP fans flocked to a Renfrewshire shopping centre to get their hands on pop icon Rihanna's new beauty range.

The singer's Fenty Beauty products launced at the Boots store in intu Braehead on Friday morning.

There was a constant stream of women of all ages at the counter to buy Rihanna’s make-up.

One young woman even came into the intu Braehead Boots store and filled her shopping basket to the brim with the Rihanna beauty products spending hundreds of pounds at the till.

Marketing manager at intu Braehead, David Lyon said: “Rihanna’s range of beauty products being sold in our Boots store has certainly caused a bit of a stir.

“The store has been extremely busy all day and even with such a massive celebrity name behind the products, sales have exceeded all expectations.

“Having this amazingly popular range of beauty products from Rihanna on sale at intu Braehead gives our customers an even bigger choice of make-up products.

“And we’re delighted that our Boots branch is one of the company’s flagship stores chosen to stock the big-name beauty brand.”

Earlier this month Rhianna announced to her 90 million Twitter followers that she had gone into partnership with Boots in the UK.
