DETECTIVES investigating a serious attack on a man in Glasgow's West End have released a picture of a man wanted for questioning.
A 38-year-old man was assaulted after he got out of his car on Dumbarton Road, near Thurso Street, on January 8 at around 8.50pm.
He suffered a neck injury and managed to get back into his car but his attacker then struck his vehicle.

He drove away from the scene and sought help for his injuries.
Officers believe the man pictured could have vital information which could assist them in their inquiry.
He is described as white, with a medium build and bald. He was carrying a black rucksack, wearing dark trousers and a dark waist length jacket.

Anyone with information or anyone who recognises the man in the image is asked to call detectives at City Centre Police Station via 101, quoting incident number 3623 of 8th January 2019. Alternatively, call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be given anonymously
