HOME and garden store The Range is set to open a second Glasgow location.
The popular retailer has been given the green light to build a new unit in Drumchapel's Great Western Retail Park, off Great Western Road.

It'll be the firm's second shop in city, with another store already operating in the east end's London Road.
The 4,645 square metre unit will also feature a garden centre and cafe.

In documents submitted on behalf of Kier Property Developments last summer, it said: "The proposed development will deliver long-overdue investment for the Drumchapel area.
"This is the one remaining area of land which remains undeveloped following the closure, over two decades ago, of the former Goodyear tyre factory."

The area's community council's have also welcomed the move.
