Virgin Media down as customers report major UK service outage
Virgin Media users have reported a major service outage, with hundreds of complaints the service is not working.
Issues began at around 1.15pm with reports coming in from Glasgow, Edinburgh, London, Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol and Leeds.
Down Detector, which uses social mentions to gather details on web outages, is showing a surge of people without access.
