A BUSY route in the West End of Glasgow is to close as maintenance work is carried out on the Clyde Arc Bridge.
Finnieston Street will be closed overnight between Lancefield Quay junction and Govan Road junction on Monday, May 27.

The inspection will take place over a single night shift between 8pm and 6am the following morning.
Delays are anticipated and drivers are advised to avoid the area and seek an alternative route.
The diversions out into place on the route southbound are: Lancefield Quay, Anderson Quay, Broomielaw, Glasgow Bridge, Kingston Street, Tradeston Street, Nelson Street, Morrison St, Paisley Road and Govan Road.

Northbound, the diversions are: Govan Road, Paisley Road, Clyde Place, George V Bridge, Broomielaw, Anderson Quay and Lancefield Quay.
