THE first homes at the multi million-pound development on the University of Strathclyde’s former Jordanhill Campus have been released.

Jordanhill Park has officially launched with homebuyers now able to reserve a property at the historic £100 million development.

The first two buildings to become available on Southbrae Drive consist of “the principals” and “the academy,” home to CALA’s first release of one and two-bedroom apartments.

Situated on the 31-acre site in one of Glasgow’s most affluent neighbourhoods, the 29 apartments, priced from £242,000, are the first of a total of 400 homes which will be delivered by the homebuilder by 2023.

The stylish homes will be surrounded by greenery and scenic parkland and will be close to a host of local amenities.

Homebuyers can use a unique, interactive plot selector tool at Byres Road estate agent Rettie & Co. to choose their apartment.
