A MAN went on a rampage in a Glasgow Primark store, headbutting a staff member and stealing clothes.
Glasgow Sheriff Court heard Stuart Murray was spotted by security staff entering a staff-only area of the Sauchiehall Street branch.
He was seen attempting to pick up a training shoe and was already wearing jeans and a t shirt he had stolen from the store.
When challenged, the 34-year-old, from Johnstone, headbutted the staff member to the right cheek.
He then assaulted the victim further by grabbing him and pushing him to his head and body, causing him to fall to the floor.
For the incident, on June 11, 2018, Murray was sentenced to a Community Payback Order with 180 hours of unpaid work to be completed within six months.
