A MAN who harassed his frightened female neighbour has been ordered not to contact her for five years.
James Gallacher phoned his victim pretending to be someone called Tam and saying he knew her daily routine, asking if she had enjoyed that morning's shower.
There were 40 calls made to the victim that day and November 18 and November 29 the 29-year-old called her 231 times.

Gallacher, from Pollokshaws, also phoned Glasgow Housing Office pretending to be the victim in an attempt to access her personal information.
Due to bail conditions, Gallacher was forced to go and live with his mother but his solicitor said he was hoping to return to his tenancy.
However, Sheriff Barry Divers said issued a non-harassment order for five years.
