Much of Scotland has been told to expect areas of flooding on Wednesday after an alert was issued by experts.
A warning for west central Scotland, which includes Glasgow, has been sent by the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA), telling of local heavy rain across the area.
SEPA experts have now issued a flood warning, saying many local parts of the Strathclyde area could be affected.
Heavy rain has been almost constant across Glasgow for days, but is expected to lighten thoughout Wednesday, with cloudy spells to continue.
In a statement, SEPA said: "A flood alert has been issued for West Central Scotland.
"Locally heavy rain may affect the area on Tuesday evening and on Wednesday.
"Localised flooding of low lying land and roads from surface water and smaller watercourses is possible.

"Remain vigilant and remember, it is your responsibility to take actions which help protect yourself and your property.
"This flood alert is now in force until further notice."
