A teenager was rushed to hospital after being injured in a violent altercation near a school.
Police were called to Glasgow Road in Baillieston, near Bannerman High School, around 3pm.
A 16-year-old boy has been taken to hospital following the disturbance which is said to have taken place at the school gates.
He is currently being treated for a head injured at Glasgow Royal Infirmary.

One concerned parent reported seeing four police cars and a helicopter on scene and two injured pupils being led towards an ambulance.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "Police received a report of a disturbance on Glasgow Road around 3pm.
"Officers attended and a 16-year-old boy was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment for a head injury.
"Enquiries are ongoing."
It is believed police are following a positive line of enquiry.

A spokeswoman from Glasgow City Council said: "Police were called to the school today after an incident at the school gate and school staff will be helping with any enquiries."
