THE world-renowned Glasgow School of Art building, designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh, was extensively damaged when a fire broke out exactly one year ago today.
It was nearing the end of a £35 million restoration following a previous fire in May 2014.
The blaze broke out at about 11.20pm on Friday, June 15, 2018, spreading to nearby buildings including the O2 ABC.
