POLICE are appealing for information to trace a vulnerable teen who is missing from Maryhill Road.
Alex Brantoning, 17, who has autism, was last seen at around 11.20am today (June 26) heading towards Glasgow City Centre along the canal path.
He is described as around 6ft 2 with sandy coloured hair, acne and was wearing navy blue trousers, a pale blue polo shirt and dark jacket.
Inspector Pauline Thomson, Maryhill Police Office, said: “Alex is a very vulnerable young man, who has a very young mental age.

“He has limited communication and may become anxious and agitated when approached.

“We are appealing for anyone who has seen him to get in touch with Police as soon as possible. We want to make sure he is okay.”
Anyone with any information is asked to contact Police via 101, quoting incident number 1272 of Wednesday, June 26 2019.
