THIEVES have targeted a new Shawlands restaurant days after its opening - and made off with a three figure sum of cash.
A till was stolen from the eatery Figo's Peri Peri on Kilmarnock Road in the early hours of Tuesday morning. The front door of the premises was also smashed in.
Cops confirmed that they have launched a probe into the break-in.
The force added: "Enquiries are ongoing."
