Sought-after penthouses in Finnieston have been released for sale today.
The Drum Property Group say that there has been a huge interest in the plans of G3 Square which were announced last year.
The apartments are arranged over six floors of what will eventually be a 108-home development in Minerva Street, a stone’s throw from Glasgow city centre and within striking distance of the West End.
Buyers looking to move or get on the property ladder will be able to choose from one, two and three bedroom penthouses.
A total of 61 properties have already been reserved.

Prices at G3 Square start at £159,995 for a one bedroom apartment and £229,250 for a two bedroom apartment. It costs £2,000 to reserve an apartment.
