Several train services have been disrupted after an object was caught in overhead wires.
Scotrail advised commuters to expect delays at Cardross. The 6.56am Helensburgh to Edinburgh train is at a stand due to the object possibly trapped in the pantograph.

The travel firm warned services between Edinburgh and Helensburgh Central via Airdrie may be revised.
Staff are understood to be making their way to the area to investigate.

Scotrail later informed:
UPDATE: The driver has managed to regain power and the train is on the move to Dumbarton Central where the train will terminate. Services are returning to normal however some services may be delayed/revised whilst crew get back into position.
