THE A77 towards Kilmarnock and Ayr is flooded.
A video of the flood was posted on Facebook by user Gordon Cowan, who wrote: “Avoid A77 towards kilmarnock /ayr. Completely flooded!”

Scotland TranServ said in a Twitter post: “#M8 Approach with care A77 Southbound btw Bellfield Int and Dutchouse Rbt re Flooding from Heavy Downpour.”
The team later added: “A77 S/B "Closed"@ Bellfield Interchange due to severe flooding, please follow diversion route .”
