A JOINER is behind bars after being caught with £1.4m of cocaine.
Daniel Martin was held after a raid at his home in Blantyre, Lanarkshire, last September.
A judge heard how the 35-year-old had been a “custodian” for the huge haul.
Prosecutor Blair Speed told the High Court in Glasgow: “He told police he knew why they were there and that what they were looking for was in the kitchen.”

Martin went on to point out a shopping bag in a cupboard.
A total of 14kg of cocaine was seized. Some of it was as high as 82% pure.
Mr Speed said the drugs could potentially sell for £100 per gram.
Martin made no comment after being charged. His DNA also linked him to the crime.
The dad today pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of cocaine.

It emerged he already had a high court conviction for assault in 2005.
Martin had been on bail, but judge Lord Mulholland remanded him in custody.
Sentencing was deferred until next month for reports.
