Waterstones is to become Silverburn shopping centre's first bookshop after it opens later this year.
The iconic British bookseller will open a 5000 sq ft shop beside Monsoon and New Look in September.
Book-lovers will be able to pick up literary classics and fictional favourites from the brand for the first time in the centre.
The store will stock a handpicked range of books, stationery and gifts, and also boast a large children's department, picture book train and events programme.
